We didn't like the service. The softener was installed Aug 8 and still no orginial cover or brochure that must come with the equipment. When the level of water in the tank was higher than needed Arthur recommended my husband to drill the holes for extra drainage using FaceTime because we live far and he didn’t want to come, we didn't agree of course (though he didn't deny that water level wasn't OK and he didn't know what to do with that, he promised to contact the warehouse where he got our tank and never reached us back until I called him one day). When he finally came he charged for his visit saying it's maintenance. Last time I asked him to give the coverage for the tank was Oct 7 and he just never texted back. Poor service.
