Driveways
For your convenience, an outside work package is now offered by Taylor Homes. It covers much of the work needed for lot preparation. A sales consultant can explain the details. Lot preparation may include septic, water, construction driveways and electric. If you contact the Health Department, they will be able to provide names/companies that install septic systems. These companies will often grade and gravel the construction driveway as well.

Carpentry
During his service for us we came to admire him for his expert knowledge he possessed in the field of carpentry, and regarded him with the utmost respect. Very easygoing but meticulously devoted to his work, he always kept us informed as to the status or any problem that came up as the construction was progressing. There was never a time when we could not contact him for any information or discuss the progress of the job, most of the time it was him that went out of his way to keep us informed, which made the project a lot less stressful for us, because we were not in the dark about the progress of the job and knew he had it under control. Additionally he doesn’t abandon his customers at quitting time, he sticks to it even after hours until he resolves any issues that arise and goes the extra mile himself to make it a home to be proud of.
