Called to inquire about backflow testing. The receptionist referred me to call the technician, Kevin, because he scheduled his own appointment. After he answered the phone, he either had bad reception or didn't care to find out what the call was about. He hung up and didn't bother to call back. No problem. There are many other backflow testers out there, and probably cheaper with better customer service.
