I will never use this company again. Over priced and quick to take advantage of the client. If you are going to lie to a client at least tell the spouse the same lie. Told me I didn't have any warranty when it comes down to it he would have made more selling my family a new unit. When this lying sack of worthless crap says he's not authorized to process your warranty that's code for its not broke and I cant send the perfect working condition piece back for refund. If I was able to I would give 0 stars. Do not use this company unless you want to pay $35.00 for a new filter that you can get a 4 pack for $10.00-12.00 usually at any store. His $75.00 service fee does come with a guarantee low end service job, lies about the system and how you need to make some adjustments aka break so you can jack up the price of that. Don't plan on asking Dave any questions because I don't think he's finished reading HVAC for dummies and How to fake you are doing a furnace tune up. I hope you don't have any kids or pets at home you care about because they wont be safe with his schemes and lack of knowledge in this field. Is he even certified or licensed?
