Carpet Cleaning
Our service vehicles are equipped with truck mount extractors for emergency water removal and professional carpet cleaning.
Upholstery Cleaning
Our services range from 24-hour EMERGENCY response for water and sewage losses to non-emergency carpet and upholstery cleaning. Also, air duct cleaning (Kansas location only).
Rug Cleaning
It is highly recommended that area rugs be cleaned in-shop rather than on-location because it offers a more controlled environment. Our professional area rug cleaning is done by using hot water extraction with cleaning agent and rinse surfactant process. We thoroughly pre-vacuum the front and back of the area rug, prespray the proper cleaning agent (this varies depending upon the fabric ie; natural cotton, linen or wool vs synthetic fibers), agitate the fibers with a Grandi-Groom, and then finish with rinse surfactant and extraction. We then speed dry with high velocity air movers to ensure thorough drying and finally complete the process with an additional vacuuming.
Vacuuming
Even though vacuuming can remove most of the dry soil, it is also necessary to clean your carpet on a regular basis to remove the oily, sticky soil that builds up in the pile as a result of cooking vapors, air pollution, and tracked-in dirt from outside. The particles of oily soil deposited on carpet fibers can cause gradual but significant dulling of delicate pastel colors; the color isn't lost but is hidden under the film. If this type of soil is allowed to accumulate, it begins to attract and hold the dry soil. This is the reason cleaning is so important when dulling of the color is first noticed; if allowed to remain too long, it becomes gummy and difficult to remove.

Sweeping
Smaller 1 inch holes are made at various places to allow for high pressure air sweeping with a duct ball and snake. The knife cutting air pressure dislodges the contaminants.
