Being out of town and trying to sell property and the property being a fixer upper on top of that required a realty office that knew what they were doing and then some. Bob, at Remax , did the job with his fine tuned expertise in real estate. We were up and running to sell in January 2012 and in escrow February 2012 and sold in May 2012. Bob's knowledge quickly smoothed out any "bumps" that came our way in the process. He responded quickly and thoroughly and kept us up to date throughout the listing from beginning to end. My husband and I purchased our first home in June of 2008 with Bob Ridgway as our agent. The entire process was foreign to us. We were excited and nervous, making the biggest purchase of our lives. Bob and Tina, who also works in the Fairchild and Ridgway group, could not have been more helpful or available. They did everything they could to find homes for us that met our individual needs. They were always available to answer questions and go over paperwork and they made us feel welcome. The weekend we found the home we really felt we wanted- Bob even met with us on Father's Day to see it. The next day we made our first offer along with the many other offers that came in. Due to his diligence and guidance- we got it! He and Tina were there with us every step of the way over the next month getting everything finalized. They worked closely with us as well as our lenders. Now, four months later we are living in the home we always dreamed of having. Everyday I come home and still can't believe it.
