Enjoying your meal at taco bell really depends on the staff working. I have had very unpleasant dining experiences where they didn't give our order correctly and did not fix the orders or were very slow fixing them and I have had excellent service during other times where the food was very fresh and the staff was very kind and generous. You cannot pick a set time to dine because, they rotate staff often. I have however, found that eating at 10am when they open has been a fresh and decent experience.
