American Radon Service

I had a different radon company install a "system". It was a terrible experience. I called John at American Radon, they were very professional, they replaced the old system (and made it look wonderful).

I called American Radon for an estimate on a Monday and after speaking to them on the phone for less than 10 minutes I was already impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. According to the person on the phone, they don't install cookie cutter radon mitigation systems, they design them to what will work with you house, so I agreed to have them come out for a more accurate estimate. I was able to schedule this for that Wednesday.



John came out (who I soon found out was the owner and personnally installed many of the systems) and discussed with me a system that was to code, blended well into our homes facade, and was out of the way in our basement. I made an appointment with him that day to mitigate my home that Saturday.



On Saturday, they (John and one other guy) arrived promptly and got right to work. They even layed down a drop cloth on my carpet to protect it from getting dirty when they walked in and out. When they finished they cleaned up after themselves.



Overall, I was impressed with how quickly I was taken care of and how knowledgable and professional John was. I had a million questions and he answered every one to my satisfaction. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
