I called this company on 6/20/18 to schedule a routine tune up for my AC unit. I spoke with the man on the phone and told him what I wanted and asked when I could schedule an appointment and we discussed price and he then said "I'm up in an attic right now so text me your date and time that works best for you. So we hung up the phone. I texted him my time and date which would work for me (6/21/18 at 9:A.M.) and he replied back asking for my name and address. I replied with the info he requested and that was it. So the next day my 9:00am appointment time came and went. They no call, no showed. At 9:47 I texted, "so y'all are not going to be able to come out today?" I got no response. Judging from the way my situation was handled, don't waste your time with this business if you actually need work done on time because they may show, they may not. Thanks for wasting my time when I could have called someone else that would have wanted the work. And just an F.Y.I. If you are going to ignore someone’s message and not respond, then at least turn your read receipts off so I can’t see that you have read my message genius. (See attached photo)

The repair man that came to my house is the nicest repair man you could ask for. He really knew what he was doing also. I had explain what my heater was doing and he knew right off the bat what was wrong with it, and he was at my house with the parts to fix it the same day that I had called him. When he had got here he was done within 30 minutes. And he fixed it really cheep.

This company is the only company I will use from here on out.
