        The Worst

        I am a Landlord. It took them days 5 days just to come out, after about 4 phone calls. I did not have an emergency but there customer service was lacking. They made an appointment for Thursday and then told us that it was for Friday. When the plumber finally came late he was there for 5 minutes, did not fix the problem and left. He gave some crazy excuse about not being able to fix a dripping faucet. Bottom line is that I have to call another company a week later. I paid with a credit card and I will be fighting the service charge.
