Worst service I have ever seen!

I contacted you a few days ago and my application was to be forwarded to local store and them contact me. I have contacted the store 2 times and I was promised 2 times I would receive a phone call back from Dewayne and have NOT received one yet. I have very good references and have did a lot of rent to own from several companies and NEVER have I had this bad of service ever!
