DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!Worst service I have ever received! 3 days before Christmas they deliver a washer, bust our hot water pipe!!!! Not only did the manager not get in touch with us regarding the issue but the delivery guy took pictures and left. We called the store they knew about the issue but the manager took his lunch break rather than handle it never called us back and after several attempts at us calling him he finally takes our call and instead of rectifying the problem he claimed we broke it , that we busted the pipe instead of the man who was touching the pipes!!!! Took them 4 days to deliver the washer which was fine but when we called to close our account and request a pick up of their washer and issue a refund, NEXT DAY SERVICE! Imagine that, household with children now without water because of their negligence and terrible service.Highly recommend if your ever in need of renting anything go to Aaron's located at 4748 Frederica St in Owensboro KyChat Conversation End
