Wilson Laundry & Cleaning Co

This is the absolute worst dry cleaning business in Madison County. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Their polices are NOT customer friendly and when you try to talk to them they lie. I was told by staff at this drop off location that Wilson did not have a primary address or phone number for me to call and talk to management. If you want your expensive clothes RUINED use this place.

The "proprietors" of this business are genuinely horrible people. After my husband dropped off our cleaning before we were to go out of town he explicitly asked if it would be any problem at all for us to leave our things there while we were gone for 28 days. Well, throughout our out of the country vacation our phones naturally were not on or working outside the country. When we returned I saw that these Nazis had called literally 72 times in one week DEMANDING that we pick up our items. I called immediately and explained that we had been out of town (out of the country) and that not only had my husband let me know he had spoken to someone about our items staying at the cleaners for 28 days but I also explained that I had in front of me the actual Wilson's ticket with a signature on it underneath the words "Holding for extended period due to our of country trip" then "authorized". The bitch owner then proceeded to inform me that my husband "obviously wrote that in himself, probably because we couldn't AFFORD (uppercase for emphasis and incredulity) to ever pick these up."

I then pointed out that it had not been 30 days yet as she had mentioned as nauseam. Her response was that she would be throwing our things away!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUNTS WORK HERE. Maybe one day they won't hate themselves so badly that they won't feel the need to lie, lambast, and litanize to their paying customers.

Don't deal with these shitty bitches if you can avoid it. Maybe it's because they AREN'T Chinese. They seem to hate everyone.

2+ weeks to get a belt loop sewn and a pant leg hem replaced. Really? And yes, the receipt did indicate that the repairs were to be made and returned the next day. The explanation was "alterations" do "take more time". Where do they send "alterations", Spain?
