I don't know where to begin. This is the worst contractor I have ever had to do a project for me. For starters, it is obvious that he juggles his finances. Your job is not the only job and is neglected beyond belief. Materials are never available for the carpenters to continue a days work. The owner Mark Traver, only shows up for the check. He does not oversee how the job is going nor does he show up if there is a problem. There is never a met deadline as the people working for him don't stay employed by him long enough to complete a job. Crews are shuffled from one job site to another only giving each site a few hours in a day instead of a complete day. No wonder they have a tendency to quit. At the same time if threatened, he does the bare minimum at the time to satisfy you and never really does what is required to complete the job or problem. Finish work is not completed when Mark is on the site with his hand out for the final check saying he needs to pay his guys. How is it there is not enough money in your business after materials bought with that big check given at the beginning to pay your employees. Sounds like juggling funds to me. And finish work is still not finished!
