        Overall

        I used to shop there 100%. Now you can hardly find the brands you are looking for. The topper comes in the customer service department. They never have enough checkouts open for one. I waited for 30 minutes in line one Saturday afternoon. Two checkers working....You'd never see that at Hy-Vee. Quit going and then one day thought I'd try again after work. Same thing....wait....Then after I was done checking out I went to the service counter to buy a Powerball ticket. The one woman working back there had motioned over a lady with a huge basket of groceries to check her out! More and more of us lined up waiting there. The poor customer with the groceries kept saying to us..." She told me to come over here..It wasn't my idea." Just stupid. The Checker said she was doing what she was supposed to do. Fuzzy Haired Nut Case. Not going back ever again. If I could give no star I would.
