Waters Edge Pool Supply

We recently had Waters Edge renovate our pool and lanai area which was run down and outdated. They were a pleasure to work with from the proposal period to the finished product. They helped redesign the water features as well as the pavers for the lanai. Their price was competitive with other quotes we received, but the deciding factor was their willingness to work with us during the design process. They kept to their proposed schedule for installation and once started completed the entire project in less than 2 weeks. I would highly recommend them for your next pool renovation project.

Secondly, shortly after they completed our project our home was subjected to a high school student prank which toilet papered our trees and littered our front lawn with garbage. When Waters Edge heard of the incident they offered to send their workers over to help clean up, what other company would do that!

They insisted on charging me $26.95 for what appears to be a part (AXV434WHP) that retails for $19.95 (and is often discounted for much less on line).

Let the buyer (and seller) beware. I had to be traveling this week or I would have purchased it elsewhere, but I still feel “taken.”

They claim to be “MyOneStopPoolShop” and indeed, they have used my one and only stop at their shop.

Not a happy customer.



I've been to other pool stores that are more helpful and friendlier.

Worse company we have ever had the displeasure of hiring. Our pool was supposed to be finished in May and here we are in October and they still are not done. The lies, excuses, and stories they make up for not being able to complete the work are pathetic. The owner Rav has no work ethic or morals. We have been extremely patient with him, but it is evident that this company does not know what they are doing and could care less about their customers. Either no one shows up or they send one person to do the work of an entire crew. Stay clear of this pool company unless you want months of heartache, lies, unanswered calls, broken promises, missed deadlines, and the worst communication and customer service ever. HORRIBLE! With so many pool companies out there, learn from my mistake and stay clear of this one.

We used Water's Edge to refinish our pool and deck. Generally, it went well and they were very competitive and responsive. Some of their sub-contractors were not as good as others, but you can't expect perfection. I would recommend.

So I had them resurface my pool with the pebble finish and replace my pool tile. To be fair, they did a good job with the pool renovation itself. What they are lacking is a focus on the customer. First, there was a little confusion in the office on when my pool renovation was going to start. I talked to the owner Rav about looking at my pool light fixture gasket because the tile guy said that the seal was coming off. So, you would think that they would make you aware of this and replace it with the amount of money that they are charging, but I guess that they don't care if the seal leaks at some point later because it won't be their problem. I literally had to go in there 2-3 times (with assurances each time that someone would come over....I guess writing it down on a scratch piece of paper is not the best way to schedule tasks for your employees). Each time, they never showed up to replace it. I think that they did it on the day that they were acid washing the finish....but I don't even know.......and I really don't trust them if they said that they did. Finally, they cleaned stuff in my grass using chemicals which caused grass in two big spots in my yard to completely die and killed the grass in a path to my fence gate from which the chemicals dripped onto to. To top it off, they used my front yard hose and my copper nozzle disappeared. I went and talked to them and they assured me (again) that they would have someone come over to look at. It's been 10 days....no one has contacted me. There are many other companies that can do a an equally good job at resurfacing and re-tiling pools...I recommend that you check those companies out first.

Two months and they still haven't finished. Most days worker don't show until after noon, many time after four. What they have done looks OK but if they returned all my money I would still be dissatified

I had waters edge renovate my pool, they resurfaced my pool interior. Changed my tile and paved my deck, they took no payment until the job was complete, the quality of the workmanship was excellent, no other company could match there prices, just having read the other review I couldn't believe what they were saying. I would recommend them to anyone.

Pool pump was making noise. I asked Water's Edge to check it out and let me know what was wrong. Water's Edge Service Tech arrived without contacting us or scheduling an appointment and replaced the pump without any discussion of cost and without our permission. Before leaving they left a bill for $303 taped to the front door. Our attempts to discuss and resolve the matter with the Owner were refused. Their response was a threat to remove the installed pump from the property or to file a lien on property and force foreclosure.



Be VERY CAREFUL with this company. Do NOT trust them.
