I'm surprised to read the comments, I imagine that refer to alafaya location, because I have years taking my clothes to Oviedo store and is the best in quality and service, the girl is very nice, always with a smile, not for nothing has 10 years working there. She is the only person who always there.

The first time I took my husband's shirt there, they lost it, I tried to call them by the phone number listed on the WEB and on the Laundry ticket and it was just a FAX number, so there was no way to call them. They said they would call me when they found the shirt, I am still waiting.
