Company is very professional and courteous. I was taken in by a coupon and when Kyle got here it was a kitchen drain and not the main drain, so the coupon was useless and the price quadrupled. It would have taken less than 30 minutes for the job I needed so why so expensive in this economy??

Good service, but terribly overpriced. They lure you in with the $48 service call, just to get you pricing. Refused to provide an hourly rate over the phone. He rebuilt a shower valve in less than an hour and it cost $500. That's over $400/hr in labor?! He was also kind enough to quote us on some other plumbing issues; $800 to replace main water value, $400 to replace sink faucet valves.There are plenty of other plumbing companies that provide good service at reasonable rates.

This company has the worst customer service. We are a service partner and we get anything but priority service. Do not buy into this service scam. Since you have already paid them, you are moved down the list so they can be paid for new jobs. They also won't call and let you know when they are running late. When you are second call you can be waiting all day with no follow up call.

I'm really impressed with the service from this company. They truly try to make the customer happy. If it takes more that one visit they do this with no question. I have a service agreement with them and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Way over priced. Wanted $243.29 for a simple kitchen drain unplugged and another $399.00 to install a kitchen faucet that I already had. To add further insult it cost me $48.00service fee for them to come out and tell me the price.

Real people, great customer service. True professionals, modern up-to-date equipment. A real pro, Jasen, quickly cleared our main septic line, and Bobby Jr. came by with the video equipment to view the pipe from inside searching for possible breaks or other blockage. The line is clear and we are relieved.

Luke was very friendly and courteous when he was out doing major work on my house. He went above and beyond the typical service call and spent extra time making sure that the work was done thoroughly and correctly. Plumbing work is never fun but Luke and Eddy made the day much easier and solved all of my plumbing issues before they left after a very long and exhausting day. Thanks to the both of them!

We recently bought a house and wanted to get the furnace serviced for the winter and check it out. Martin came out and was very respectful, friendly, and did a great job teaching me about our furnace and some extras that were installed as add-ons that we didn't really understand. He took the time to answer any questions and make sure I understood everything. I would definitely be comfortable having him back in our home. The only thing I didn't like was that after servicing the furnace, I kind of felt like I got a sales pitch instead of just being told what needed to be fixed and how critical it was or wasn't. I was offered different "levels" of service, with corresponding dollar amounts, of course. Martin was very friendly and respectful though and I never felt any pressure at all.

The furnace stopped working at my house and it was getting cold quickly. I called Bob Hamilton and within 30 minutes they had a technician at my home. He determined the problem, had the part on his truck that was needed and within 30 minutes my furnace was working better than it had been. I could not ask for better service.

On February 6, 2012 Glenn and his crew came out to replace a main water line. Glenn and his crew are awesome!!!!!!!!!!

Service was great, prices were reasonable. It was last week when we called them and they responded right away! Thanks guys! We received a follow up call after service.

We had first-time service with Bob Hamilton about three weeks ago. The service person showed up on-time and really good and we accept their business proposal.



Right Before the service began, we indicated that we need a report of issue and a record of camera finding. Bob Hamilton agreed and we made the payment, but Bob hamilton didn't get back to us with any written result and camera finding. It is really dispointteing and shame on Bob Hamilton plumbing .



If you are looking for plumber, Bob Hamilton will provide the most EXPENSIVE bill with the WORST service.

Last summer we had back-up issues in our basement. We had just purchased our home in OP (with the old mature trees and root issues) and it had not been rootered for a few years. We asked for the $99 special for a main-line rooter. Bob Hamilton ended up rootering the main-line twice, and even had a guy come out with a scope to inspect the line for major breaks. I thought we were going to end up paying several hundred, but they only charged us for the $99 order.



I thought this was exceptional service that I would not have necessarily expected from a major company. Very glad to have used them and would definitely recommend them to anyone of my family and/or friends!

They charged us more than twice as much as any other plumbing company to have a simple plumbing job done and did not end up fixing the initial problem. I recommend getting other estimates before using.

Not only did the plumber arrive within 40 minutes of my call, but the service was great, the price was fair, and the plumber removed a dead chipmunk from my basement at no extra charge. My plumbing nightmare was completely gone in less than 2 hours from when it started.
