Two hours late, they brought no supplies, tried to charge me more than quoted. I had to go to the hardware store twice to get supplies that I didn't know I needed. The lady on the phone lied about multiple things. They won't call back or respond to my texts about the problems.

Showed up one hour late, so we unloaded half the truck. Said they would refund half but never will meet, drop off or mail it when they say they will. Very bad business etiquette all around. Low class moving company.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS GROUP LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FURNITURE CARE! AFTER REPEATEDLY ASKING THEM TO TAKE SPECIAL CARE WITH SOME OF MY NICER FURNITURE, IT WAS PACKED VERY HAPHAZARDLY AND BY THE TIME IT ARRIVED AT MY NEW ADDRESS, IT WAS QUITE DAMAGED. AT FIRST, WILL MADE IT SEEM LIKE HE WOULD RECTIFY THE SITUATION AND HAVE THE FURNITURE REPAIRED/REPLACED ON HIS DIME; HOWEVER, NOW HE'S DODGING MY EMAILS AND PHONECALLS AND I'M STILL STUCK WITH MY DAMAGED, QUITE EXPENSIVE FURNITURE!!! I WILL NEVER EVER WORK WITH THIS GROUP AGAIN ANDI ADVISE THAT YOU AVOID THEM AS WELL!!

Guys were very nice and it was a lot of stairs. They loaded the truck very well. However, they didn't bring any moving blankets and two of my pieces of furniture got substantial scratches.
