Thank you so much for squeezing Riley today! You saved his life..... There's no way he would have made it until next Friday... Great place I have always brought my pets here...

So MUCH room for improvement it is difficult to get started. The complacency is rampant. All the vets have a "seen it all before" attitude and don't give anything close to a personalized analysis of individual patient issues. Run like an assembly line cookie cutter business. You get more personalized attention from the on-line vets. The staff is often times found standing around in groups of 3 or 4 having coffee, they have so much free time, but I have never received a follow up call after a visit! The staff also seems to know better than the vets as they (the staff) authoritatively answer clinical and prescription questions without consulting a DVM, both on the phone and in the office. Recently they have begun a "bill everything possible" MO. Maybe they need more money to fund the endless coffee clutches. Management appears non-existent; a "ship without a caption". It would be nice if they could check the files and ask if you want to see the same vet as before. If would be nice if DVMs could take responsibility for their actions by putting their name on the receipt. I have never heard "be sure to call us with any questions". I have never heard, "we will call you tomorrow to follow up". Come to think of it I don't believe I have ever heard a sincere "thank you for your business". Having said all of this I still have hopes for them to make the necessary adjustments and bring the practice up to par (at least). Perhaps they could start with an over haul of the web site with some personalized information. Mission statement?

Worst vet clinic ever

I have had countless terrible things happen there to me. To tell a few, my rabbit had a stroke when he was 10 years old and had contracted a sore so we knowing it was his time decided to put him down. So me and my parents and younger sisters went in with him. They gave him the shot and of course we were all crying, he did not pass quickly or painlessly. He suffered and I asked what was going on, the vet looked at me and my family and said " he doesn't want to die" I was so disgusted I had to walk out. That was thee most unprofessional thing he could of said and that moment. I was putting him down so he didn't have to suffer and he made my family feel as if we were killing him. Another time, my grandfather had accidentally hit our new puppy, he was in a coma, when we decided to let him go. At the time my little sister was only about eight and she held his hand as he passed. As soon as he passed the vet went and whippe open a trash bag and throw the puppy in. To this day my little sister can see that in her head and cry. Another, I took in a stray kitten. He had a mild upper respiratory infection. Which is curable with amoxicillin. I had to sit and fight with the vet cause he wanted me to just put him down and take home other kittens that were there. He proceeded to tell me that the kitten would never get better. I left with the amoxicillin after about an hour of me telling no. I kept that kitten and he is 4 years old without a single problem. And the amoxicillin worked just fine. And today, my Bassett hound went in for a simple surgery and I just got the call he didn't make it. I feel so terrible for trusting them with him. I will never bring an animal there ever agian and if you love your your pet I suggest you don't either.

They did a wonderful job on my cat. My 3 year old tabby cat was scratching to the point of destroying items, so we decided to get him declawed. They Took good care did a complete physical exam since he was new to the clinic. They also called me when he was finished to inform me that everything went great. Though I did wish they would of told me a little bit about his blood work that i did request before his surgery.
