We had our deck built by them. While it was being built, we pointed out to the person working that the boards looked like they were not flat and were going to warp. They did not fix it at the time. Then, 6 months after hacking the rest of the deck together, we noticed 2 of the 3 large railings of the deck wobbling and leaning. We contacted the company to have it looked at and never got much from them. After a couple years, the deck is basically falling apart and we cannot touch the side railings without making them wobble. We went into the main office and requested that someone come look at the deck. They scheduled a visit by the contractor a month out, then never ended up showing up for the scheduled visit.

We are completely disgusted by the terrible work, complete lack of regard for the customer, and disrespect that this company has given us. This was the absolute worst home-improvement purchase that we have ever made.

AHI came out and build me a deck about a year ago and I am very pleased with the workmanship they did on it. They were great, very nice people to do business with and got done in the amount of time they had originally estimated. I will most definitely use them agiain.
