        Service

        Waiting for an estimate for over three weeks since the estimator was here. Have not received anything yet. Followed up numerous times by phone and got the brush off. Called the estimator again today, he indicated quote was turned in yesterday. Again nothing yet! Very DISAPPOINTED with service from a company with high BBB rating. We will inform the BBB of the lack of service.

        Called them to repair stucco, came out and did a complete inspection. So I choose to have them do it. Turned out to be a large job. Waited a month before I finally called them to find out when they would start. So when I told them I would not pay any more they hopped to it. Next working day they where out here starting. They did do a good job though, but was very expensive. Had stucco repaired, house painted, boots replaced on roof. Had to tell the painters to paint the trim on back door, so they had to come back to do it. Then when they finished had to call them to get them to pick up there equipment. I did not like that the house was presser washed in the rain, seemed a bit odd. If you go with them don't pay till they get the job finished. Probably won't have them do it next time, to much of a hassle for me.

        The team at Universal Roofing rocks! They did both mine and my 92 year old grandmothers roofs and they did a great job! Theg are Fast and efficient and did a great job at clean up! Jade in the offixe was always available to answer any question or concerns my grandmother had! I have recommended Universal to alot of fdiends and family and no complaints on there part either!!
