Construction Litigation
The Lowndes law firm, an established business firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced associate to join a sophisticated construction law group in its Orlando office. Candidates must have at least four years’ construction law experience, with extensive experience litigating, arbitrating and mediating construction disputes including delay claims, defect claims, warranty claims, water intrusion claims, indemnity claims, building code claims and the like. Though not required, some background in reviewing, drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts including AIA contracts is preferred. Candidates must be organized, efficient and possess a strong work ethic.
Real Estate Transactions
Qualifications: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial loan and real estate transactions issuing title insurance. This position requires excellent technical, organizational and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and must be able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced practice.
