They were over 4 hours late from the time they quoted. They ripped the flooring in my kitchen & laundry room area. They promised to fix my flooring. They said they had 90 days to repair the damage. It has been 90 days & my floor is still not fixed. They will not answer or return my phone calls or emails. I will be taking them to small claims court. I would never recommend this company.

I had a move scheduled for today between 2-4 pm. 4pm comes around, and the are nowhere to be found. I call them and they ask for me to wait 1.5 more hours. I wait til 6:30. NO contact whatsoever, and they're still not here. I get a call back 15 minutes later saying they'll need another 1.5 hours. I I wait til 8:30 and nothing. I call and call... they don't call til 8:45 saying they'll be here at 9:15. I have been sitting here waiting for +6 hours when I could be painting my new place or getting things done elsewhere. I shouldn't have to pay for this. I took off work to be here ON TIME. At least call your customers and let them know what's up!!!!! Its better they're angry and informed instead of sitting around waiting!



They also guarunteed that there would be no travel fees, only to tell us there is a gas fee and fees if you use a credit card. That would have been nice to know.



Be sure to get EVERYTHING worked out before they even lay a finger on your furniture.



Horrible buisness. I will be calling better buisness bureau in the morning. Don't expect professionalism with this company.

BEWARE!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY CHARGED US 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT THAT WE AGREED TO AND WHEN WE REFUSED TO PAY, THREATENED TO HOLD ONTO OUR FURNITURE. THEY TELL THEIR MOVERS TO DRAG THEIR FEET ON THE JOB TO MAKE THE BILL LARGER, THEY AGREE TO CERTAIN TERMS AND WHEN IT COMES TO THE END OF THE MOVE, DONT HONOR THEIR QUOTES (NOT EVEN CLOSE) AND THEIR PROMISES. HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED.



They quoted me over the phone a price of $267 which included 3 hours of labor and 3 men. Now heres where the nightmare started.

1) When the guys got to the house and already started packing, they then turned around and said, "oh, it is actually 2 hours of labor and 1 hour drive time"

2)I had a 3br townhouse, which is about 1600 sq ft. We had 1 fully furnished bed room, the other rooms, one only had a matress and the other had a bed and a chest of drawers. It took them 3 hours to load the truck. We dont have alot of furniture and have moved many times before, including moving from Las Vegas to Orlando. The most I ever paid for a local move was $350 and that was when we had alot of furniture. At this time, I am thinking ok, I guess the bill will be about $480-$500.

3) After it took them 3 hours to load, it took them another hour to drive 20 miles.

4) During all this, they took breaks every 15-20 minutes, tried to drag out the time, slowed down and did whatever else they could to take more time.

5) We got to the house and I was at a doctors appointment..I had to go because my appointment was at 3:30pm and they got to my house at 11am and didnt get to the other house that we were moving to until 3:00pm.

6) They decided not to unpack the items when they got there, even though we already called and told them we were in the doctors office and will be back in 20 minutes. Fine, I understand the policy of payment before unpacking.

7) They estimated it would take them another 3 hours to unpack practically 1.5 br and 1 living room of items.

8) I called the company and they started telling me about all these additional charges. 6% Fuel Surcharge (which was not on the contract when my wife initialed it) 3% credit card processing fee, Then here is the breath taker....This guy charged me for starting at 11:am when they started at 11:30 and all the explaining in the world could not do anything to make them agree and understand that the guys didnt start loading until 11:30am. They then said there was alot of stuff in the garage.. (the stuff in the garage was stuff that they would have to take out of the house anyway, we just moved them into the garage to make it easier on them and faster because the truck was about 6 strides from the garage. They then added:



$89 per hour over the 2 hours, because 1 hour was "drive time for them to get to my old house and from my new house back to their office"

6% fuel surcharge

3% credit card processing fee

They took so long, a move that was supposed to take 3-4 hours, maybe 5 hours, took them 9 hours. Total of $801 He then "gave credit" for 1 hour which was the drive time, making the bill $728.00 When I refused to pay the amount because we told them when we made the appointment that we had a budget and we didnt want to go over 4 hours, he treatened to keep our furniture unless we paid. He then told me, " YOu have a nice house, so pay your bill"



THEIR LICENSE NUMBER IS NOT EVEN VALID.



THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL TELL YOU ONE CHARGE AND THEN ADD A WHOLE BUNCH OF B.S ON IT AT THE END. THEY TOOK 9 HOURS TO MOVE A 2 BR CONDO, WITH SMALL AMOUNT OF FURNITURE, 9 HOURS....ANYONE WHO HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE, LET US KNOW AS WE ARE GOING TO TAKE ACTION.
