No doubt that this company is one of the top companies around Florida when we're talking about great customer service. They are very professional when it comes to having a customer representative that knows what the company sells. Very polite and very knowledgeable. Out of the five pool heaters we enlisted, they are the one that meet our criteria so we ended up getting their services.

After reviewing all the pool heater providers here in Florida, we've chosen Fun in The Sun to install a solar heater for our pool. It's been a week already and the equipment is working properly as I imagined it to be. It's great to look up for more information and reviews first and I glad we did because we found out the best pool heater provider here in Florida.

Love the solar energy system especially the solar pool heater they've recently installed in our home. I'm an advocate when it comes to saving our Mother Earth and its resources so I am glad that we're able to take part when it comes to saving energy and use our major source of light which is the sun. I 've been one of their satisfied customers since 2 years ago. I got a electric pool heater at home and is still working on great condition. It did had a problem once and Fun in the Sun technicians are able to fix it for less than an hour as they told me. The one I spoke to over the phone when I reported the problem was very polite and they've handled my situation very well. I am planning to get the solar heater soon and I am actually getting a quote from them. I'll surely update a review here when it happens.

When all things failed at home, this company never failed to come in time into our doorstep to fix the pool heater that broke down two months ago. The kids were able to enjoy swimming again after a couple of hours of fixing it. It was a good choice to be with this company for 3 years now. They have been great to us whenever there’s a problem with our pool heater. They’ve been very responsive whenever you need help regarding their product.

Fun in the Sun came to my home, assessed my needs, sized the system which would be right for me based upon my average electric bill over the past year, recommended the most efficient panel placement, listened to and accepted my preferences for placement, developed a design, and presented it to me for my approval. I was looking for a company to install a pool heater on our newly built swimming pool last month and Fun in the Sun pool services was the company recommended by my neighborhood. I was able to experience the same great service they had when they had a pool heater installed in their swimming pool. The agent was very helpful and was able to suggest the best brand to use as I am aiming for the best quality. I am checking their website now as I am interested about their solar products. I guess it is time to have it installed too in our house to save energy somehow.

I had a problem with my pool heat pump and was provided Fun in the Sun Pool Heating of Orlando as the name of the company who was authorized by the manufacturer to perform service warranty work for my unit. When I contacted Fun in the Sun, they refused to even come for a service call and gave me the run around. When I asked them to provide me with the contact information for the manufacturer so that I could find someone else to perform warranty service on my unit, the Fun in the Sun representative yelled verbally at me and then hung up. I definitely would not recommend this company for any purchase or service work."

The experience I had with james at fun in the sun from start to finish was better than any I have had with contractors since moving to florida in 1989. From the moment he walk in our home he was very professional and was just so knowlegible, like he had been doing it his whole life.Then on to the presentation were he was the exact oppisite of pushy , We then decided to do buisness with james which we never do on the first estimite but I am sure glad we decided to do so. The install looks great and my pool temp has risen 13 degrees in just 1 and a half days. On top of that the installers were very polite and clean. Then that same day James stopped in to look at everything and showed us again how to use it. Man what a company I would recomend these guys to anyone .
