We have been with Amantyx for almost 4…



We have been with Amantyx for almost 4 years now. They are wonderful. The response time for having things fixed is very prompt. We had an issue with our air conditioning today and they had someone here in under 2 hours that was amazing.



The staff has always been extremely polite and very professional. They always make arrangements with us so we can be home during our property inspections.



This has been the only property management company we have ever worked with that has not only the landlord in mind by cares for the tenant as well.



Great Job to Charlie Perez and his team.

This guy Charlie Perez is definitely a scam artist. Once he gets people into his rentals he will disappear. He refused to do a walk thru when I moved in and now I know its because of all the issues there is with the rental. I have been living in one of his Townhomes which has multiple windows that do not close or lock properly and he hasn't attempted to fix them in 5 months. Roaches, lizards, spiders, all kinds of insects get into the windows and he sure doesn't care. As long as he is getting his money he won't do anything to make the renters happy. Took him 5 months to give my family the remote to open the gate along with the pool key. TERRIBLE property management, DO NOT use him or Amantyx! You will regret it!

I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional as this one is....... I advise that you stay away from this place..... Also there doors are always locked...... They do not keep there end of any agreement that they make..... Juan C Perez is a scam artist.... I still have rats in my rental and repairs need to be made that have not been done. I was promise a addendum lease and never got it after he got my money....... Now no one will answer my phone calls...... Renters you have be warned............. I doubt that I get my deposit back either. TODAYS DATE IS 2/19/2015 So today we had a meeting with Juan Perez and he stated that I would not be getting my deposit back until I took my review of him down. I knew this was going to happen and he had the nerve to STATE THAT HE HAS FRIENDS AT THE DBPR AND NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING TO HIM IF I MAKE ANOTHER COMPLAINT ON HIM. Juan also stated that HE IS GOING TO SUE ME FOR THIS REVIEW...Wow really!!! So is this how you get people to take their reviews of you down... Wow.. I am entitled to my opinion of your poor services... Well, Juan if your reading this I am sending in your text messages and you can not make me take down my review of you.. You are a bully and I will not be bullied by you. I know my rights. And as soon as I can figure out how to upload your texts messages to this review I will be doing so. Also, I'm looking at these other reviews and they seem kind of fake. I mean look at how close the dates are and well, you replied to these reviews so quick. I mean my opinion is that they are fake but being that you replied so quickly now I know you wrote these fake good reviews of yourself..

i rented a property managed by Amantyx and they were great. they were prompt to answering questions and performing any repairs needed. I only left them because i was going to purchase a home. even after leaving the property they have continued to be helpful when i had questions about landlord/tenant laws. Charlie was great when i rented thru them and has continued to be great even 6 months after leaving the property. charlie still remembers my pet by name too. definitely friendly and great communication and truly cared about me and my pet.

Couldn't have been luckier to end up with Amantyx for the past two years. Charlie and his team truly do an amazing job with keeping in contact with you and taking care of any service failures what so ever. Every incident I have had has been dealt with in great time and was particularly hassle free. Whoever sent that negative response about this company had to be a malicious competitor of the lowest kind, because Charlie Perez is beyond comparison, the most upright, conscientious realtor i've ever worked with. He sold our commercial property on Colonial Drive during the peak of this current depression and thanks to his market knowledge and professionalism, he worked long and hard to smoothly close our deal. Throughout the entire process I felt as though I was his only client as he responded immediately to every request and made suggestions and adjustments to procure a wonderful deal. I highly recommend Amantyx as probably among the top 100 realtors in the country.
