Established in 2010. R brand homes is Family owned and operated. The Company was founded november 2010 by father and SON. Dave and mike Rosendale. This Company organized and Incorporated in January of 2011. R brand homes is proud to BE a member of the nari (national association of the remodeling industry). Mike. ONE of the partners. Was even approached to serve on the board and has been proudly serving since JAN 2015. R brand homes was awared "best of HOUZZ 2014 and 2015. " the Company was even a featured contractor on DIY network's Kitchen crashers TV show! episode 501 - "glowing COUNTERTOP KITCHEN" DAVE has always HAD an attraction to home projects and renovations. In fact it's ONE of HIS favorite hobbies. Anytime a Family member has a DIY project idea there's NO hesitation it's always "call DAD. " perhaps ONE of the many reasons HE has established a WORKING/MENTOR relationship with SON is because dave learned a LOT by working and completing home projects with HIS OWN DAD throughout HIS CHILDHOOD. MIKE has been surrounded by the construction industry since a KID. HE used to flip homes and condos with HIS father. Which grew HIS passion for project managing on the JOB. HE decided to start HIS OWN Company with HIS DAD because HE realized that HE could combine doing what HE loves which is transforming spaces while working with HIS best friend. Mike truly enjoys the ART form of HIS JOB. "it Bring ME JOY to BE able to taking the ideas and dreams of MY customers and make them into a reality. Seeing the smile of a satisfied customer AT the END of the DAY is priceless. ".
