        Overall

        Used last October for a window well cover, the lady took all my information my payment was taken out of my bank, called them after 3 weeks wondering what was going on....my order was lost, had to start all over again, very frustrating and annoying.

        Gave them another shot about a month later this time wanting a rod iron fence/gate bid, if they say they are going to send Roger, trust me and ask for someone else that they can send out.
