Mr Appliance

This is a terrific business.



In July of 2015 I called mr appliance to fix a clothes dryer. The repair person was courteous and efficient. While the $200 part was on the upper end of what I wanted to spend on a 4 yr old machine, as long as it was fixed I could live with it.



Unfortunately, the repairman had misdiagnosed the problem & the dryer stopped working the next day. At this point you may be thinking this is a bad review, but nothing could be further from the truth.



When I called back the following day to speak with the owner, to my surprise he took my call and listened to the problem. Then he sent another repair person to fix the problem at their cost. They did a great job!!



The true measure of a business is how they deal with problems. I am a business owner myself and I was very impressed with their professionalism and strongly recommend them for any appliance repair.
