Stages Pediatric Care

I never met such a caring yet time efficient physician. Dr. Dee was so understanding and helpful about the months to come for my newborn. So happy I found her for my child!

Just took my four year old to Stages Pediatric in Orange City for an initial consultation. Due to change in insurance we had to change from the one we used since she was 10mos old. I honestly left Dr Sandra Dee so irritated, that I am contemplating never returning there again. She was rude, extremely abrupt, and treated me like a piece of crap. I'm in utter disbelief. I even turned to the nurse who was in the office with us and asked if she was always this abrupt and cold and she said, " yes"… Their FB page is full of similar complaints. The office is clean, updated, and I like the app they register you for to stay abreast of your child's health. Visually it seemed great, but I have never in my life been treated so poorly.
