C & S Towing Seminole County

Your employees are rude and unprofessional. . When I expressed my discontent with his attitude the employee made a comment that i should not not be made then proceeded to direct a comment to my son and daughter. He asked them if "I beat there mother" The was especially offensive since my teen age children and just lost their mother unexpectedly. I mentioned that their mother and recently passed and he did not apologize instead he continued to try to provoke my son. It was like he was looking for a physical confrontation. He also refused to provide change which is contrary to Florida rule regarding towing companies.

I want to say to Scott at C&S towing a 5 star rating!!! He told us what we needed exactly to get our car.He and his crew made our bad day into a really great day when we came to get our car. The protected it everything was still in it and gave our car the care as if it was his own. He even filled the tire with air. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!You and your team are number one in our book.
