        I ordered over #100 worth of ink for my home printer and when I placed it in, the printer only printed every other line; it was broken and I guess no one fixes printers any more. Tim, the store manager, introduced me to a superior printer, gave me a great price on it, gave me back all my money for the other ink even though some of it had been opened, and even recycled my old printer. Superior service, prompt and friendly. I was impressed with the personalized attention I received and happy about their refund policy. This new printer is awesome,and I am very happy. Patricia D.
