SERVIZ is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get. The first time I contacted em they sent a middle-aged white guy with a pleasant attitude and he performed the duties we required just fine. No problems whatsoever. Fast forward to last week and the guy arrives 6 hours late and needs to come back in the morning. He’s Iranian, very young and obviously feeling privileged. He’s also a moron. His name is Tony. Paint drips everywhere, his white fingerprints (from the white paint) could be found on the black furniture in multiple places, he replaced the bulbs of the motion sensor lights but did not test em to see if they work (which they don’t) and then I saw him do the unthinkable. He is refilling tiki torches and after filling up the can, crushes it so Cintronella oil is pouring. Then he pretends like this is not happening and walks across the lawn and places the tiki can back in the stand…soaking (and killing) our lawn and the plant that is directly under the tiki torch. I saw him do this! He wasn’t gonna mention it and had no idea I was watching the whole thing. Better…I have it captured digitally as I have a nine camera surveillance system on my property. All of this occurred on camera. Adding insult to injury to attempted to defraud us by overcharging us saying he is paid by the job and not by the hour. A quick call to SERVIZ took care of that BS but as soon as he left (and after threatening to charge our card anyway cuz he had the number) we began to see the damage he caused.



Oh and do not be surprised when after waiting around for hours and after nobody has shown up or phoned you, you get an email well AFTER your scheduled appointment window stating:



“Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience, to reschedule your Handyman Appointment, unfortunately at this time due to the amount of Service Technicians we are not able to honor today's appointment. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to hear from you soon .”

I got this message just moments before writing my review after waiting for their 3rd guy to come out. SERVIZ was great the 1st time but we will never hire them again because they appear to be farming work out just about anyone and the quality of service is the luck of the draw. I will only use handyman services of those with good ratings that are owner-operated from now on. Someone who will actually show up when they say they will!
