K&S Air Conditioning was founded in 1983 as a small commercial and residential air conditioning contractor. Since then, the company has grown to become one of Southern California's largest open-shop mechanical contractors. Its goals are to provide quality HVAC designs and installations for its clients at a competitive price. K&S in-house project management team has more than 100 years of experience in the Southern California HVAC market and has a vast amount of experience in commercial office, hospital and medical-related, cleanroom, restaurant, facility and retail work. Its field forces include sheet metal, hydronic and HVAC refrigeration piping installation, controls, start-up and maintenance personnel. The company has engineering capabilities to design any type of HVAC system and can complete all necessary mechanical Title 24 calculations required for design/build projects. The company has AutoCAD capability and a professional California registered mechanical engineer on staff. K&S is completely bondable and carries errors and omissions insurance for design/build projects.
