There was no “high pressure” tactics at all. A lot of their suggestions had been noted when the previous inspector had been last year, so I was not totally unaware of these needs.

Water is no longer wasted waiting for it to become hot enough to use in washing small items; my bath water flows more smoothly and is hot throughout my entire bathing process; I feel secure that the reduced water pressure on the pipes has alleviated the danger of them bursting; and I can now leave home knowing the major water flow to house is shut off, but my sprinkler system will still function so as to keep my patio in prime condition! Yes!

Collin and Jered conferred about the repairs and wrote up a list of suggested work to be done as well as the cost. It was made very clear to me that these were not of immediate necessity, but they would save wear and tear and possible greater damage to pipes in long run.

Jered was very thorough in his examination of the various parts of the system and beyond patient in answering all my questions concerning his findings. I am partially sighted, and thus needed lots of help to completely understand where different valves were and what the off/on positions were. Jered was wonderful in every aspect of his explanations.

I have lived here in the Village (Laguna Woods), for the past 25 years, during that time, I was resolved to only having a wall unit that I used to keep cool in the summer months & heat during the cold winter nights. I would like to take a moment to say a few things about this fine company. I recently relocated here in Southern California, specifically, Laguna Woods, the co-op that I purchased didn’t have the measure of comfort I needed to make my living quarters comfortable with regards to air conditioning. I am writing to commend one of your employees, Chadd M., who installed an air conditioner in our home yesterday, March 4. He analyzed our old unit and explained options with great clarity. Clearly, he knows AC inside and out. He worked with great efficiency (no down-time, was attentive to detail, and stayed beyond normal working hours to finish the job). He is a talented professional and quite an asset for Greenstar.

I had Ernest out of my way home last week to take care of my leaking toilet. He was very polite & knowledgeable. He explained everything he did & was able to finish the repairs quickly. From now on I will be calling GreenStar for all my plumbing needs.
