Had to argue with employee because she was too lazy to go in back and get antibiotic they don't normally keep on shelf. It always turns into a hassle shopping here, mostly due to employees who don't know what they stock, where it is, or when they will get more.

I went in to buy some dog food at the tractor supply in Opelika. As I went to pay I noticed the price was wrong. I told the lady with the name Kayla on her shirt and she actually got mad and argued with me about it. I went to show her and when she found out she was wrong she yelled bk to him the correct price. They still tried to charge me the same amount. Once she came bk she told him that the price was what she thought it was which was a cimplete lie. I had to show her the tag. She was so rude Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. The guy kept apologizing but the lady named Kayla does not need to work in customer service.
