Kauss Towing

A vehicle was parked in my assigned space when I came home around 7:00 pm. I called security and they recommended Kauss. I called Kauss and they had a tow truck over in about 20 minutes. The driver of the tow truck needed verification that it was in fact my space where the vehicle was parked which I had ready. After the driver (Jason) reviewed and photographed the paperwork I had, in less than three minutes the offending vehicle was lifted and out of my space. I highly recommend them. Prompt, professional and courteous.
