Happy Times Party Rentals

So I hired this company to supply the tables, chairs, and linen for our Christmas party. I placed the order in Nov. Giving plenty of notice. I confirmed with he company 1 week prior to the party. I also called again the Friday before. Along comes party day and Happy Time Party is no were to be found. I called their office 5 times, no answer. They never showed up !! Buyer Beware, do not count on this company

We rented a bounce house, chairs, and tables for my son's second birthday party. Great price, early delivery. Everything seemed great until I had to wait ALL day for the supposed early delivery. I was told between 10-12; they showed up at 6pm. When they did show up half the chairs were broken, the one's that weren't didn't match, and were dirty. One of the tables had a broken leg and wobbled the whole time. The best part was the moldy bounce house covered in bird poop. It was disgusting. Unfortunately, it was too late for us to complain and change plans so we cleaned the chairs and pressure washed the entire bounce house. The party was great but no thanks to Happy Times. The reason they were so late was because the tent they delivered before us was torn and they had to go back to the warehouse in Opa Locka. Guess the lesson is don't rent from them because everything is torn, broken, and filthy.
