        Worst experience I've ever had with any automotive repair shop!!!

        This shop misdiagnosed the problem with my vehicle. Then told me it was my fault I hadn't accurately described what the vehicle was doing (Which was not true). The vehicle is a 2005 Nissan, Altima would not start after we ate at a fast food place in Ooltewah,TN. After that they had my car for 3 days. Then they called and said we've fould the could the problem. They said $550.00 would fix it. I tell them to do it. I pickup the car on Sunday afternoon ( shop was closed), two miles from the shop the check engine light is back on. The next day car wouldn't even start up. I went by and talked to the shop owner and he pretty much told me sorry about that I guess your just gonna need a new motor (seriously!!!!!). After just spending $550.00 two days before. This by far the worst shop I've ever taken a car to. If you like to know more please call me at (423)488-0761. My name is Daniel and I'll tell you exactly what my experience with this shop was and why I'm warning people about exactly how terrible this shop is. They do not stant behind they're work. The owner told me " if drive off the lot then I'm not responsible anymore".

        I just had a left front wheel bearing and a left front wheel bearing grease seal replaced on my 1998 Ford Escort ZX2 at the Collegedale Central Exxon. The cost of replacement was $293.04. I believe this is an excessive amount for this repair, and will never use the services of this company again.

        Anyone with general automotive issues should check these guys out. They are fair and easy to work with. They seem to know what they are doing, too!
