CVS Pharmacy

This is the worst CVS I've ever visited! There were 3 people in line for prescription pick up (including myself) and 6 people behind the counter. Only one person was working pick up! I waited 10 minutes and finally left. I vowed never to go back. Today, my doctor called in a prescription because I had an infection. I waited three hours before going to pickup. When I got there, they had no idea where it was until they checked their messages that had not been answered!!!! What is wrong with this store? They have one clerk at the front counter with 5 people in line waiting, waiting, waiting!
