Aaron's

Hi I would like to say the Aaron's in ontario is so great ... Tina / heather have out standing customer service and both are knowledgable on products they make every experience a good one they take care of your needs they also set up deliver on time like they communicate I purchased a great samsung washer , a bedroom set , refrigerator and now recently a set of couches I feel now over the years my credit has gone really up I choose to not put things on my credit I gone to Ashley's furniture & living spaces and didn't feel the same customer service and just alone the pushing to purchase items is not a good feeling and at Aaron's they make you feel confident and make shopping a fun one they have their style and a good approach and who can forget Jesse the store manager he a nice friendly guy that haves good customer service that runs that store always appealing and very organized and clean with refreshments for his customers over all they have my 5 stars !

These employees are all rude. They threatened paying customers as well as curse at them. They are not reasonable and have Illegal business practices and should be sued. I even contacted corporate and they did nothing. I filed a complaint through the better business bureau and there are thousands of complaints already on the website. Definitely a company to stay far away from. Your better off going to rent a center. I should have gone back but I regretfully decided to try Aarons this time.
