Bassin & Hession Orthodontics

This is a very nice office. They have a friendly, gentle, fun staff. I was very happy with my results and quite happy with my overall experience at Bassin and Hession.

I don't normally rate people, but when seeing the rating placed here, I felt I had to. This is a great office. They've treated all my children and are highly recommended. Too bad someone who had a bad day should be able to so easily discredit good people.

Norwich Bassin and Hession Orthodontics has the worst receptionist! Consistently sit in waiting room for 10 minutes, were 10 minutes late, receptionist shakes head as my 15 year old kid walks in. Unbelievable! Do not reccomend the orthodontist office in Norwich.
