Great first impression, he seemed very knowledgeable. However, getting a hold of him was always impossible and he left us hanging all of the time throughout our house building process. He didn't bury our drain pipe deep enough or insulate enough and so it froze during those frigid cold temperatures. Then, septic waste came up through the basement in our brand new house. We had clean up the disaster, throw some belongings out, and pack our kids up at midnight to stay somewhere else because of the strong septic fumes. We had to call to get our septic pumped the very next day. Travis claims absolutely no responsibility for what happened to us and our septic system is still in non-working condition. I would not recommend him.
