Festival Foods was opened in 1946 by Paul and Jane Skogen in a more than 3,000-square-foot facility in Onalaska, Wis. The company operates more than 10 stores in La Crosse, Holmen, Onalaska, Marshfield, De Pere, Oshkosh, Eau Claire, Green Bay, Appleton and Fond du Lac, Wis. It has a frozen food department that features rice pecan bread, hamburger buns, blueberry muffins, chocolate chip cookies, breaded fish sticks, chicken fingers and waffles.
