I would normally give OCM a glowing review, but after being there this weekend and getting a glimpse into how they treat their employees, I’m not sure I can support them any more. I witnessed a senior manager absolutely berate a teen employee, even after coworkers came forward to say the incident wasn’t her fault. It was awful and unnecessary. I hope she quit — if I were her mother, I would have told her to. If OCM is truly in the business of educating young people, that should extend to their teen employees, who are probably working their first or second jobs. I lost a lot of respect for OCM today and I’m not sure if I want my family to go back.
