Golden Livingcenters - Sorensen

I went to a Golden Living Center after I had a hip replacement. Was taken to my room given me the TV remote and the nurse call button and then left alone. I did not know what was going on. Was never told how the system worked and got stuck with a $1200 bill because they did not do their paper work.

Because the hospital asked me to report Golden Living for neglect along with 9 other cases against this same nursing home, tGolden Living is now being vindictive against me & my loved one. My loved one has been in the hospital 6 times and 5 times are because of neglect and now Golden Living is trying to make me out to be the bad guy. Unbelievable! They also try to sabotage anyone from moving their loved ones out of there because then they lose money. It's all about the money, not about the care.
