        Overall

        Knocked over our newly planted tree and said "could've been worse." He left mud and moss all over, broke the rhododendron bush, and pressure washed our pansies. What a mess. All of our plants are dead.

        Arrived home one day to Kurt p...

        Arrived home one day to Kurt pressure washing our front porch and back patio. Kurt was never called by us to pressure wash! He had the WRONG address. He made a huge mess, his van was dripping with water, as if the water was coming from inside AND he admitted to going to the wrong address before.
