NEVER AGAIN.... Took our cars there before had not had a problem. But then had to go back for another problem on 2 of our cars. On the first car we asked then to save the battery cause it was less then 6 months old and could be returned to the place we got it from, We they claim they don't remember hearing that from me so we are out $110.00 for the 6 month old battery plus what graves charged us for a new on. Then on our other car they have inflated the tow bill and the parts prices and then forget to do work that we asked them to do.

Love this place. My ancient Dodge Dynasty kicked the bucket, and AGAIN they were able to resurrect it from the dead! Thank you again, you guys are mechanic-magicians!

Was very pleased with the customer service and overall experience. Their regular prices are a great value compared to the chain oil shops. Plus always nice to support local small business! I will be coming back even without a coupon!!

I rarely give high marks because there is always room for improvement, but Graeves does an excellent job...very polite and friendly.

This is a great business. They go to great lengths for our community. I have never called without the phone being answered. They have a full staff of great people that are always there to help .

Graeves is a gift from the car repair Gods. I have gone in there THREE times expecting a massive car repair bill only to find out it was a small fix costing me between $5 (yes five dollars!) $60 and $125. I highly recommend them not just for the honesty but also for the quality of their work as when I have had to have more work done it's always been done right. No one else touches my car.

After asking a number of friends about a good local mechanic for my newly purchased but not necessarily new car, one friend, with an old Cherokee, told me that this place "changed her life." Same here. I've had to seek out their services twice now, and I find them to be unfailingly honest, friendly, and wholly reliable. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I often find mechanics to be alienating; I feel like I'm walking into a masculine world where I'm treated in a sexist manner: as that stereotypical "woman" who is to be talked down to because she knows nothing. I feel none of this at Graeves. They are willing to take tons of time to explain everything to me; they keep the old parts they took out in order to explain, using visual aids, what went wrong and how they fixed it. I totally trust them and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable techs. They made everything easier and the price was more than reasonable.

This place is awesome!! I went there today to get my brakes fixed. Everyone was so friendly and I ended up getting my brakes fixed for much less than the last time I had them done at one of the 'big' places. I didn't even mind the wait because they talked to me the whole time and made me feel like an old friend. I will definitely come back and recommend them to everyone. 5 stars!!
