We had the 4 rooms, hallway and 16 steps cleaned by Derek and everything was perfect. He was here right at 1 PM and was extremly nice to me and my children even when my 7 yr old kept trying to help. He was fast, courteous and did a great job. We had several stains that needed to be removed and he did all of it. It was wonderful to have it done before Christmas.
