Notified of a problem for the venting for the water heater in my building over a week ago. They have yet to fix anything, never answer calls or their "emergency pager", and haven't done any work. Thanks to them, we had no hot water for Thanksgiving, and with sub-zero temperatures. Terrible service.

On time, very knowledgeable about the product and the work at hand. Treats the customer the way they want to be treated. Very Professional about his work, no shortcuts, does work up to code and above.
